The price of listed products and services are subject to change at any time.

When you place your order, you may receive an acknowledge message or email against your offer to buy any product or service from the online store. This acknowledgement message or email shall never constitute a confirmation of your order. All your offers to buy any product or service shall be subject to availability and acceptance by vivibell (vivibell.com).

Once your order is processed and payment instrument is charged, you shall receive a confirmation message or email, containing the details of your purchased product, shipping information and expected delivery schedule.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available to customers who have submit a request for order cancellation within 24 hours of their order time. Once this initial 24 hour period has expired, refunds are no longer available.

Return Policy
If a customer has received a faulty or defective item, they may make a request for a new item. Faulty/defective items are ONLY eligible for replacements.
